Who the lessons are for
Lessons suit complete beginners through advanced players, including young learners. Shariful has taught violin, music theory and ensemble training in schools, youth programmes and private studios, and works with learners of diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent students.
Teaching approach
His teaching combines the Suzuki method, Kodály, Ševčík and contemporary ear-training with Bengali folk melodies — an approach he is developing into a Bangla Violin Method for young learners. Students learn both by ear and from notation, including Bangla swaralipi.
